بررسی امکان کاهش دوز و محلول مصرفی حشره‌کش‌ها با کاربرد افزودنی Break-Thru® S240 روی شته جالیز

چکیده

امروزه در بسیاری از کشورهای جهان از ترکیبات افزودنی (اجونت) به عنوان بهبود دهنده اثر آفتکش‌ها و کاهش دهنده مصرف سموم استفاده می‌شود. در این آزمایش اثر بریک ترو بر کارائی حشره کش ایمیداکلوپراید (سیستمیک) و پی‌متروزین (غیر سیستمیک) روی شته جالیز در گلخانه بررسی شد. تیمارها شامل کاربرد حشره‌کش‌ها در دوزهای توصیه شده یا به‌همراه ماده افزودنی بود. در این آزمایش امکان کاهش دوز مصرفی و محلول مصرفی نیز بررسی شد. نمونه برداری از شته یک روز قبل و روز‌های پس از سمپاشی انجام و درصد کارائی با روش هندرسون- تیلتون محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد کاربرد پی‌متروزین به تنهائی در 5 روز پس از سمپاشی کارائی حدود 75 درصد دارد. در حالی که تیمار پی متروزین به همراه بریک ترو 97 درصد، پی متروزین با 30 درصد کاهش غلظت و 30 درصد کاهش محلول به‌همراه بریک ترو 92 درصد و تیمار پی متروزین با غلظت توصیه شده و 30 درصد کاهش محلول مصرفی به‌همراه بریک ترو با 94 درصد کارائی اختلاف معنی دار ندارند. ارزیابی با ایمیداکلوپراید در 5 روز پس از سمپاشی نشان داد بریک ترو به‌همراه غلظت توصیه شده ایمیداکلوپراید و تیمار ایمیداکلوپراید با 30 درصد کاهش حجم محلول مصرفی و همچنین تیمار 30 درصد کاهش غلظت مصرفی با 30 درصد کاهش حجم محلول مصرفی به‌ترتیب 80، 74 و 69 درصد کارائی دارند. نتیجه آنکه که با کاربرد ماده افزودنی بریک ترو می­توان علاوه بر کاهش غلظت مصرفی حشره کش، میزان آب مصرفی را نیز تا حدود 30 درصد کاهش داد.

Today, in many countries, adjuvant compounds used as pesticides efficiency improvement and reduction. In this experiment, the effect of Break-Thru® S240 on the efficacy of the insecticides imidaclopride (as a systemic insecticide) and pymetrozine (non-systemic) on melon aphid in greenhouse was investigated. In this experiment, the possibility of reducing the dosage of insecticides and sparing solution was revealed. Melon aphid sampling was performed one day before and days after spraying, percent mortality was calculated using Henderson-Tilton formula. Results show that the use of pymetrozine alone at 5 days after treatment has about 75% efficacy. The treatment with the recommended dose of pymetrozine combined with adjuvant shows 97 percent efficacy, the treatment of pymethrozin with 30 percent reduction in dosage combined with adjuvant and 30 percent reduction in spraying solution shows 92% efficacy and the treatment with recommended dosage of pymetrozine with 30 percent reduction in spraying solution shows 94% percent efficacy. Similar results were obtained with the use of imidacloprid combined with Break-Thru®, so that, at 5 days after treatment, the treatment containing Imidacloprid at recommended dose combined with Break-Thru®, the treatment of imidacloprid combined with Break-Thru® and 30 percent solution reduction and the treatment of 30 percent reduction in recommended dose of imidacloprid combined with Break-Thru® with 30 percent solution reduction had 80%, 74% and 69% efficacy respectively. It is therefore concluded that use of Break-Thru® along with insecticides can not only reduce the insecticide dose but also can reduce the volume of water used by about 30%.
