چکیده

تریپس گندم Haplothrips tritici در غلات به‌ویژه گندم، به‌عنوان یک آفت با پراکنش وسیع شناخته می­شود. طی سال‏ های 1397 و 1398 به‌منظور بررسی مقاومت 51 ژنوتیپ گندم نان زمستانه (مربوط به مناطق سرد و معتدل سرد) به این آفت، این پژوهش در استان لرستان، شهرستان بروجرد به‌مرحله اجرا درآمد. آزمایش­ها در شرایط مزرعه و در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام و از هر ژنوتیپ یک خط کشت شد. برای نمونه­برداری از جمعیت تریپس گندم، به‌فاصله زمانی­ 10 روزه از هر کرت پنج سنبله تصادفی انتخاب و در آزمایشگاه جمعیت تریپس روی هر سنبله شمارش و یادداشت شد. در زمان برداشت محصول، برخی از شاخص­های مهم زراعی مرتبط با عملکرد در هر تیمار محاسبه شد. تجزیه واریانس داده­ها نشان دهنده وجود اختلاف آماری بین ژنوتیپ­ها بود. نتایج نشان داد که از بین 51 ژنوتیپ گندم معتدل سرد و سرد چهار ژنوتیپ 115-OMAR-OQAM، 138-OMAR-13، 14-OMAR-20 و RASAD در ردیف ژنوتیپ­های حساس و دو ژنوتیپ 36-OMAR-4 و 210-OMAR در ردیف ژنوتیپ­های مقاوم جای گرفتند. بقیه ژنوتیپ‌ها از نظر مقاومت به تریپس گندم بینابین بودند.

چکیده [English]

The wheat thrips, Haplothrips tritici K. (Thysanoptera: Phlaethripidae), is identified as a widespread pest of cultivated cereal crops, particularly of Triticum aestivum. This research was conducted to evaluate the resistance of 51 genotypes of winter bread wheat to H. tritici at Lorestan province (Borujerd), during 2018-2019. The experiments were conducted as a randomized complete block design with 3 replications. To sample wheat thrips population, 5 spikes were randomly selected from each plot at a time interval of 10 days, and thrips population on each spike was counted and recorded in the laboratory. At harvest time, some related yield components were measured in each treatment. Analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences among genotypes. The results showed that among 51 winter bread wheat genotypes, the highly susceptible were 115-OMAR-OQAM, 138-OMAR-13, 14-OMAR- 20 and RASAD and the highly resistant were 36-OMAR-4 and 210-OMAR. The rest of the genotypes were intermediate in terms of resistance to wheat thrips.
