چکیده

مگس میوه مدیترانه‌ای از آفات مهم قرنطینه‌ای است که در دی ماه سال 1386 روی میزبان نارنگی در شیراز گزارش شد. به منظور تعیین بهترین ترکیب تله و ماده جلب کننده جهت شکار انبوه آن آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با شش تیمار و سه تکرار در یک باغ میوه مخلوط در سال 1388 انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی عبارت بودند از: 1- تله جکسون + تری مدلور (JT)، 2- تله مک فیل + تری مدلور (MT)، 3- تله تفری تراپ + مایع سراتراپ (TC)، 4- تله تفری تراپ + بیولور (TB)، 5- تله بطری پلاستیکی+ مایع سرا تراپ (BC)، 6- کارت زرد رنگ چسبی (YP). تله‌ها در دهه سوم تیر ماه در باغ نصب شدند. شمارش میزان شکار مگس میوه مدیترانه‌ای و حشرات غیرهدف در تیمارها به تفکیک و هفته‌ای یک بار انجام شد و سپس میانگین شکار روزانه تیمارها محاسبه گردید. داده‌ها پس از تبدیل و همسان‌سازی تجزیه واریانس گردید و میانگین‌ها با آزمون چند دامنه‌ای دانکن مقایسه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که اختلاف معنی‌داری بین تیمارها در سطح یک درصد وجود دارد. میانگین شکار روزانه مگس مدیترانه‌ای در تیمارهای فوق الذکر به ترتیب 16/3، 08/3، 24/0، 6/0، 07/0 و صفرحشره تعیین شد. همچنین میانگین شکار روزانه حشرات غیرهدف در تیمارها به ترتیب 05/0، 02/0، 42/7،83/3، 06/11و86/1 عدد تعیین شد. اوج شکار حشرات کامل مگس مدیترانه‌ای و حشرات غیر هدف در تیمارها به ترتیب در نیمه دوم مهر و اواسط شهریور مشاهده شد. تعداد کل شکار حشرات غیرهدف در کلیه تیمارها 3/2 برابر مگس مدیترانه‌ای در تیمارها بود. مگس Minettia sp. از خانواده Lauxaniidae گونه غالب در میان حشرات غیرهدف شکار شده بود. درصد مگس‌های نر شکار شده در تیمارهای یک الی پنج به ترتیب 96، 95، 32، 22 و 25 درصد بود. نتیجه نهایی آن که، تیمارهای یک و دو به عنوان بهترین تیمارها جهت شکار انبوه مگس میوه مدیترانه‌ای در باغ‌های میوه مخلوط شیراز معرفی می‌شوند.

Evaluation of various traps and attractants for trapping the Mediterranean fruit fly, Ceratitis capitata (Diptera: Tephritidae), in a mixed-fruit orchard in Shiraz (Fars province)

چکیده [English]

Mediterranean fruit fly (med fly), Ceratitis capitata (Diptera: Tephritidae), which was considered as an important quarantine pest in Iran was recorded on mandarin fruit in Shiraz in January 2007. To determine the best combination of trap and attractant for trapping of med fly, a field experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 6 treatments in 3 replicates in a mixed fruit orchard (2-hactares) in 2009. Treatments were included: 1-Jackson trap baited with trimedlure, 2- Mcphail trap baited with trimedlure, 3-Tephri trap baited with Cera trap liquid, 4- Tephri trap baited with biolure, 5- Plastict bottle baited with Cera trap liquid and 6- Yellow sticky panel. Traps which were installed on trees in26^th July were checked weekly and the number of captured flies and non -target insects were recorded. Mean number of total captured flies per treatment per day (FTD) and non- target insects per treatment per day (NTID) were calculated. Data were transformed to homogenize their variance before analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Results revealed significant differences among the treatments at probability level of 0.01 (df=5, F=129.58; P>0.0001). FTD were 3.16, 3.08, o.24, 0.6, 0.07, and zero respectively but NITD were 0.05, 0.02, 7.42, 3.83, 11.06 and 1.86 respectively. Population peaks of med fly and non- target insect were observed between 11-25^th October and 15^th September respectively. The total capture rate of non target insects in treatments weres 2.3 times number of med fly. Minettia sp. (Diptera: Lauxaniidae) was the dominant species among the non target insects captured by some treatments. Percentages of total captured adult males in treatments 1-5 were 96, 95, 32, 22, and 25 respectively. In conclusion, treatments 1 and 2 are recommended as the best for mass trapping of the med fly in mixed fruit orchards in Shiraz city.
