چکیده

زنجرک Empoasca decipiens (Homoptera: Cicadellidae) یکی از آفات مهم گیاهان زراعی در ایران است. مطالعات صحرایی به منظور تعیین پارازیتیسم فصلی زنبورAnagrus atomus (Hym.: Mymaridae) روی زنجرک و وابستگی درصد پارازیتیسم به تراکم جمعیت تخم زنجرک روی چهار گونه لوبیا شامل L. Phaseolus vulgaris رقم تلاش، P. lunatus L. رقم صدف، Roxb P. calcaratus رقم گلی و L. Vigna sinensis رقم پرستو، در منطقه تهران طی سال‌های 1383 و 1384 انجام شد. برگ‌های جمع‌آوری شده لوبیا در شرایط آزمایشگاه (دمای 1±  26 درجه سانتی‌گراد، رطوبت نسبی 5 ± 70 درصد و دوره نوری 16 ساعت روشنایی و 8 ساعت تاریکی) تا زمان خروج پوره‌های زنجرک و حشرات کامل زنبور نگهداری و تعداد حشرات خارج شده از هر برگ شمارش شدند. بیشترین نرخ پارازیتیسم در سال 1383 (34/24 درصد) و در سال 1384 (33/33 درصد) بر روی رقم پرستو مشاهده شد و در سایر انواع لوبیا فقط در رقم گلی در دو تاریخ نمونه‌برداری پارازیتیسم دیده شد. رابطه بین درصد پارازیتیسم زنبور A. atomus نسبت به تراکم جمعیت تخم میزبان بصورت مستقل از تراکم بود که شاید دلیل آن طیف میزبانی نسبتاً وسیع این زنبور در بین سایر زنجرک‌های برگی باشد.

چکیده [English]

Empoasca decipiens (Hom.: Cicadellidae) is one of the important pests of different crops in Iran. The field studies were conducted for determining the seasonal parasitism caused by Anagrus atomus (Hym.: Mymaridae) on the leafhopper eggs and relationship between parasitism rate and population density of the leafhopper on four bean species including Phaseolus vulgaris L. var. Talash, P. lunatus L. var. Sadaf, P. calcaratus Roxb var. Goli and Vigna sinensis L. var. Parastoo in Tehran area, during 2004-2005. The samples (bean leaves) were kept in laboratory conditions (26 ± 1ºC, RH: 70 ± 5% and a photoperiod 16:8 L:D h.) until the parasitoids emerged, and the number of leafhopper nymphs and emerged wasps were counted. The maximum parasitism rate was occurred on Parastoo variety during two years that was in 2004 (24.34%) and in 2005 (33.33%). The parasitism was not observed on the other varieties except Goli in two sampling dates. The parasitism rate of A. atomus was determined as density independent to its host density, partly because of its wide host range among other cicadellids.
