چکیده

نظر به افزایش جمعیت زنجره مو در موکاری‌های عمده استان زنجان و به‌منظور شناسایی صحیح گونه­ ی خسارت‌زا و بررسی روند مراحل رشدی آن، از ابتدای خرداد ماه سال 1393مطالعه ایی به‌مدت دو سال در چهار قطعه باغ انگور آلوده واقع در منطقه شناط ابهر اجرا گردید. در هر بازدید هفتگی، در هر قطعه 30 درختچه انگور به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب و از نظر وجود سوراخ خروجی پوره‌ها از خاک، جلد پورگی، حشرات کامل، شکاف‌های حاوی تخم و تفریخ آن‌ها مورد بررسی قرار ‌گرفت. بررسی نمونه‌های جمع‌آوری شده از قطعات مزبور نشان داد که همه آن‌ها به‌گونه Chloropsalta smaragdula Haupt,1920 تعلق دارند. اولین مشاهده سوراخ‌های خروج پوره از خاک، جلد پورگی، ظهور حشرات کامل، شکاف‌های تخم‌ریزی و تفریخ تخم‌های آفت، در دو سال اجرای تحقیق، به‌ترتیب در تاریخ‌های: 21 و 24 خرداد، 21 و 24 خرداد، 26 و 24 خرداد، 11 تیر و باز شدن دسته های تخم در تاریخ 11 مرداد ثبت شده است. علاوه بر این، با مراجعه به 40 روستای حوزه شهرستان‌های  ابهر و خرم‌دره، در هر روستا، سه باغ و در هر باغ پس از ثبت مختصات جغرافیایی، سه درختچه از نظر درصد شاخه های حاوی شکاف‌های تخم‌ریزی آفت بررسی، و سپس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Arc view نقشه مقدماتی پراکنش و آلودگی زنجره در منطقه تهیه شد.

Increase of the population of grape cicada was occurred in the major vineyards of Zanjan province in 2012- 2015. Identification the damaging species and its growth process were carried out in four infected orchards located in Shenat vicinity of Abhar, Zanjan, Iran during two-year study from early June 2013. In each weekly visit, 30 grape bushes selected randomly in each orchard and were examined carefully to find the presence of nymph exit holes from the soil, exuviae, adult cicadas, egg laying clefts and incubated eggs. All the collected specimens were identified as Chloropsalta smaragdula Haupt 1920. First exit holes, larval exuviae, and adults were observed on June 11and 14, June 11and 14, June 16 and June 14 respectively; first egg laying symptoms on the newly grown shoots were also observed on July 2nd incubated on Aug. 2nd. Additionally, to prepare the preliminary distribution and infection rate map of the pest in the region ,three grape shrubs of three orchards in 40 villages in Abhar and Khorram- Dareh counties were examined for recording the percent of egg laying clefts to estimate the infection rates using the software of Arc view.
