چکیده

در سال‏های اخیر علائم لکه روی میوه در باغ‏های تجاری سیب شهرستان سمیرم بروز و توسعه یافته است. بررسی‏های گیاه‏پزشکی حاکی از علل مختلف بروز این عارضه روی میوه‏های سیب بوده است ازجمله علل احتمالی می‏توان به Apple Chlorotic Leaf Spot Virus، Apple scar skin viroid، قارچ‏های Fusicladium pomi و Altenaria mali ، شته سبز سیب، سن‏های Pentatomidae و اختلالات تغذیه‏ای اشاره کرد. از آنجائی که علائم اختلالات کلسیمی نیز مشاهده گردیده بود، جهت بررسی علل بروز و توسعه این علائم روی میوه، از درختان رد دلیشز و گلدن دلیشز نمونه‌برداری تصادفی انجام گرفت. سپس غلظت عناصر (کلسیم، پتاسیم، منیزیم و ازت) در یک نمونه مرکب از هر باغ تعیین و نسبت‏های N/Ca2+، K+/Ca2+، Mg2+/Ca2+، (K++Mg2+)/Ca2+ و (N+K++Mg2+)/Ca2+ محاسبه شد. مقایسه متعامد بین تیمارهای دارای علائم در مقابل فاقد علائم اختلاف معنی‏دار برای نسبت‏های K+/Ca2+، (K++Mg2+)/Ca2+ و (N+K++Mg2+)/Ca2+ را نشان ‏دادند. بنابراین، عارضه فوق رابطه منفی با مقدار پتاسیم و نسبت K+/Ca2+ و رابطه مثبت با مقدار کلسیم موجود در میوه دارد. بررسی علائم نشان‏ داد که سه نوع ناهنجاری اختلالات کلسیمی شامل لکه‏‏تلخ (روی هر دو رقم)، چوب‏پنبه‏ای ‏شدن (روی رد دلیشز) و لکه ‏نقطه‏ای‏ عدسک (روی گلدن دلیشز) در باغ‏های سیب شهرستان سمیرم وجود دارد.

Etiology of spot occurrence on apple fruits in Semirom region, Iran

In recent years, spot symptoms occurred and developed on fruits of apples in the commercial orchards of Semirom, Iran. Plant protection investigations revealed different causes inducing the spots on fruits. The possible causes were Apple Chlorotic Leaf Spot Virus, Apple scar skin viroid, Fusicladium pomi, Altenaria mali, apple green aphid, pentatomid bugs and nutritional disorders. Regarding symptoms of calcium disorders on trees, random samplings were conducted on trees of Red Delicious and Golden Delicious. Then concentration of minerals (calcium, potassium, magnesium and nitrogen) were determined in a compound sample for each garden and the ratios of N/Ca2+, K+/Ca2+, Mg2+/Ca2+, (K++Mg2+)/Ca2+ and (N+K++Mg2+)/Ca2+ were calculated. Orthogonal contrasts between treatments with and without symptoms, showed significant differences for ratios of K+/Ca2+, (K++Mg2+)/Ca2+ and (N+K++Mg2+)/Ca2+. Therefore, the disorder has negative relation with potassium content and K+/Ca2+ ratio and positive relation with calcium content in the fruit. Symptoms inspection showed that there types of calcium disorders were found in apple commercial orchards of Semirom, including bitter pit (on both varieties), corky spot (on Red Delicious) and lenticel blotch pit (on Golden Delicious).
